Stratham, New Hampshire—Healing Innovations, a leading medical technology provider, is proud to partner with Project Walk Boston, a renowned rehabilitation center dedicated to treating individuals with neurological conditions in the Northeast and beyond.

Motivated by the desire to help their daughter walk again, Jacqueline and Larry Arlen launched Project Walk Boston, aiming to provide transformative rehabilitation services to their community. Their dedication has driven continuous innovation, now marked by the introduction of the Rise&Walk technology to New Hampshire, significantly enhancing the quality of care for its clients with the latest cutting-edge high-intensity gait training technology.

“The introduction of this new technology has significantly enhanced the recovery process for our clients, enabling more precise and effective activation of paralyzed areas. Our clients are experiencing remarkable improvements in a short amount of time. They are seeing improvements in their mobility and overall well-being, which boosts their confidence and quality of life. Bringing new equipment to our facility is our commitment to providing the best possible care and achieving exceptional outcomes for everyone we work with,” says Daniele Crutcher, Chief Operating Officer.

Since the launch of their Rise&Walk program at the beginning of June, Project Walk Boston has already seen a positive impact on the community. “The Rise&Walk has been a dream come true for my recovery. This machine allows me to focus on different parts of my gait that I cannot do elsewhere. I have seen so much progress in only the three weeks I’ve used it. I rely less on my upper body when using the walker, and my balance is improving. I am excited to see where my progress will be in the next month,” says Project Walk Boston client Mike M., who has a T-11 spinal cord injury (SCI).

Healing Innovations CEO Luke Benda commented, “Working with Jacqueline, Daniele, and the Project Walk Boston team has been a fantastic opportunity for us. We developed the Rise&Walk to help patients get back on their feet, and their innovative approach to rehab will make a real difference in their community. They do excellent work, and we're grateful for the chance to support their goal of increasing independence. We look forward to a long partnership with their team.”

The Rise&Walk technology is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation device that assists patients with upper and lower extremity ambulation, robotic-assisted gait training, seated activities, and balance activities. The technology is designed to promote neuroplasticity by providing high-repetition and high-intensity exercises, ultimately aiding patients in regaining their independence.

The partnership between Healing Innovations and Project Walk Boston showcases how state-of-the-art technology paired with exceptional care can significantly improve the lives of individuals facing neurological conditions. As this partnership grows, both organizations are committed to advancing patient outcomes and enhancing the rehabilitation experience.
